Where Real Estate
Meets Interior Design
Home by Negar is the portfolio and service platform of Negar Tawakoli, a licensed California Realtor (DRE# 02188562) and interior designer based in the San Francisco Bay Area. The site serves home buyers, home sellers, property investors, and homeowners looking to transform their living spaces. Whether you are searching for your dream home in Silicon Valley, preparing to list your property for maximum value, or seeking expert interior design guidance, Home by Negar brings together real estate expertise and design vision in one place.
Negar graduated from San Jose State University in 2006 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design and a minor in Music. Over the past two decades, she has bought, renovated, managed, and flipped homes across multiple housing markets, gaining firsthand insight into construction, renovation, and investment strategy. In December 2022, she earned her California Real Estate license, turning her lifelong passion into a professional career with Pacific Wide Realty.
What sets Home by Negar apart is the combination of real estate knowledge and interior design expertise. Most agents sell houses; Negar creates homes. Her designer's eye sees potential that others may overlook — from a dated kitchen with hidden charm to an awkward layout that can be reimagined. She helps sellers prepare and stage their properties for top dollar, guides buyers to homes that fit their lifestyle and long-term goals, and offers interior design consultation for those who want to transform their current space. Every transaction is approached with honesty, dedication, and care.
Home by Negar is built and maintained by Negar Tawakoli in partnership with Pacific Wide Realty, proudly serving clients throughout the Bay Area. The platform features active property listings, seller and buyer resources, design tips, and a growing collection of informational guides covering topics from sewer lateral requirements to solar lease transfers. Explore the portfolio, browse the guides, and reach out when you are ready to begin your next chapter.
